Environmental Action Plan Annual review 2003/04

Ofgem published its Environmental Action Plan (EAP) in 2001. It set out Ofgems role and responsibilities and a programme of work in relation to the environment within the context of its statutory duties. It also recognised the growing political importance of meeting environmental commitments, national and international. Ofgem reports each year on progress in this area. This report covers the period 1 April 2003 - 31 March 2004.
