CMP418: Refine the allocation of Dynamic Reactive Compensation Equipment (DRCE) costs at OFTO transfer

On 02 August 2023, Ocean Winds raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 418. The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 08 May 2024. Following a send back on 30 September 2024, the CUSC Panel submitted a second FMR to the us on 11 March 2025. We have decided to reject CMP418 based on the second FMR.
