Approval of the Access Rules and Charging Methodology submitted by ElecLink pursuant to Standard License (SLC) 11A of the electricity interconnector license

On 28 April 2023, ElecLink Limited (ElecLink) submitted the modified Access Rules for the ElecLink interconnector to the Authority for approval. ElecLink then resubmitted its Access Rules to the Authority on the 18 July 2023 for approval.
The Access rules set out the terms and conditions for access to, and including use of, the interconnector.
We have decided to approve the modified Access Rules on the basis that we are satisfied that the proposed modifications to Access Rules better achieve the relevant objectives as required under ElecLink's Electricity Interconnector Licence.
