To all the holders of electricity supply licences in England 'quot;amp; Wales and in Scotland. This notice is given by the Director General of Electricity Supply (the Director) to:
a) all the holders of public electricity supply licences (PES licensees) granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Electricity Act 1989 (the Act); and
b) all the holders of electricity supply licences (second-tier licensees) granted under section 6(2) of the Act.
