Ofgem has made these changes to the RIGs to:♦ allow for DNOs to report consistently on the quality of telephone response;and♦ provide further guidance in this areaSome amendments that were proposed in the February draft version have been revised in the light of respondents comments. This is discussed further in the covering letter to these RIGs.
