Financial ring-fencing for new and existing independent gas transporters - Initial proposals

This document sets out initial proposals to introduce financial ring-fencing provisions into the licences of new and existing independent gas transporters (IGTs). It also outlines a possible timetable for implementation of the proposed arrangements.
