Avro Commercial Shipping Limited - Notice of grant of a gas shipper licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE

Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 20 April 2018 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Avro Commercial Shipping Limited (company number 11130819) whose registered office is situated at Unit 8, The Courtyard, Goldsmith Way, Eliot Business Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7RJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
