On 28 November 2013, Ofgem hosted a working group on the Gas SCR. The meeting covered key elements of the Gas SCR business rules for cash-out reform and sought feedback on some key policy issues on the Demand Side Response (DSR) mechanism. The working group also discussed clarifications on the DSR tender following the previous working group This document provides a summary of the meeting.
