In April 2020, Ofgem started measuring some of the impacts of social distancing on domestic energy consumption, financial well-being and what concerns energy consumers have about managing bills or contacting suppliers.
Data was collected from a poll of domestic energy bill payers living in Great Britain commissioned by Ofgem and carried out by Ipsos-Mori.
