This letter and its associated annex comprise Ofgem’s consultation response to “Warm Home Discount: extension to 2015/16”. The consultation was published by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) on 2 October 2014, and proposes the extension to the government’s Warm Home Discount scheme until 31 March 2016.
