The Authority published a decision and licence modification notices for existing offshore transmission (OFTO) licences on 17 November 2020. This followed a statutory consultation in August 2020 under section 11A of the Electricity Act 1989.
We have identified minor typographical errors in the licence modification notices issued to Thanet OFTO Limited, TC Ormonde OFTO Limited, Diamond Transmission Partners Walney Extension Limited and TC Lincs OFTO Limited, and issue erratum notices correcting those errors.
