Direction to make modifications to the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-ED1

On 23 February 2016, we consulted on making changes to version 1 of the Electricity Distribution Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) which were published on 18 June 2015. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements rather than introducing new requirements.
This Direction issues these modifications to the RIGs. These modifications will take effect on and from 1 April 2016 and are version 2 of RIGs.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Condition 46 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity distribution licence.
