Ofgem’s decision to assign Transmission System Operator (TSO) obligations under the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM) within GB.
As part of the implementation of the CACM Regulation in GB, Ofgem has been in the process of assigning TSO obligations to GB TSOs. The links to the decision can now be found below. The documents setting out this decision are:
