This document presents a brief overview of the process as conducted in establishing the current DPCR and highlights a number of related issues as identified by interested parties (primarily DNOs). Ofgem would welcome the views of all interested parties on these issues, and would also appreciate any different perspectives on either the issues raised or other issues not considered in this document.
