Publication scheme – Ofgem
Outlines the types of information we regularly publish on our website and how to get that information.
This publication scheme was published on 16 September 2026. It is reviewed annually.
The Freedom of Information Act encourages us to make as much information as possible available on our website. We do this by routinely publishing information to help people understand:
- who we are
- how we work
- what we spend
- what our priorities and policies are
Some of the information you are looking for will already be available in our publications library. If the information you want is not routinely published, you can make an information request.
We also provide statistics to the Cabinet Office on how we have handled freedom of information requests. View freedom of information statistics on GOV.UK.
