Performance related pay

Details of non-consolidated performance related payments made by Ofgem.

Performance related payments are awarded to staff throughout the year.

Payments are non-consolidated meaning they do not count towards pension contributions. They are made in line with departmental pay strategy and Cabinet Office principles on performance related pay.
