The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (GEMA) has issued a determination modifying the CO2 Transport and Storage Price Control Financial Model (PCFM), Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) and Price Control Financial Guidance (PCFG).
Outcome
The changes address a number of model functionality issues, correct identified errors, remove legacy elements that are no longer supported by licence provisions and update supporting guidance to reflect the current regulatory framework.
The changes include updates relating to the treatment of the Early Development Activities Use-it-or-lose-it (UIOLI) allowance, allocation of SRAV costs between regulatory phases, correction of calculation errors, removal of redundant remediation works line items, and updates to supporting handbook and guidance documents.
