Guidance for carbon dioxide transport and storage (CO2 T&S) licensees on calculating the value of their allowed revenue.

Details

The Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) is a financial model for carbon dioxide transport and storage licensees. Licensees must use the latest versions of the PCFM when calculating the value of their allowed revenue.

The Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) gives licensees information about how to use the PCFM.

The Price Control Financial Guidance (PCFG) gives licensees information to help them use the PCFM, including how the PCFM calculates each building block.

Under Part F of Special Condition J13 of the CO2 T&S Licence, the Authority is required to publish up to date copies of the Price Control Financial Instruments on its website.

For the PCFM, changes to the calculations within the model represent a modification under the Special Condition J13 of the CO2 T&S Licence.
