The Special Condition licences for Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, and Gas Transport licensees establishes fixed periods where licensees can apply to us for adjustments to their allowances.
We are now issuing a Direction to add additional periods in which licensees can apply to us for change to their Cyber OT, Cyber IT and Non-Operational IT Capex allowances. The attached document sets out the new periods and the context for this Direction.
