This letter sets out our decision to approve the SGU list and the High Priority SGU list. We acknowledge that the list of the measures to be implemented by those SGUs are set out within the Grid Code. We also acknowledge that the T&Cs are already set out within the Grid Code, Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) and the ESO’s black start strategy and procurement methodology.
