In our data portal, you can view a wide array of interactive data charts and download information in visual and raw data formats. Charts are viewable together or broken down by theme: retail market, wholesale market, networks and customer service.

Our energy data publications are based upon selections of data, presenting information in context. They include facts and figures infographics, our annual supplier performance scorecard and analysis reports of the energy markets as a whole.

We conduct direct consumer research to ensure that our regulatory decision-making is informed by the views and experiences of Britain’s energy consumers, including business consumers and those in vulnerable situations.
