Consultation description
We are consulting on proposed modifications to the gas transporter licences held by Independent Gas Transporters (IGTs) to give effect to our decision on the IGT Relative Price Control (RPC).
The proposed modifications would:
- Update Special Condition 1: Charging of Gas Shippers – Relative Price Control
- Introduce a new Special Condition 2: IGT Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (IGT RIGs).
The proposed changes to Special Condition 1 update the RPC charging framework. The proposed new Special Condition 2 sets out the scope, content and governance arrangements for the IGT RIGs. The IGT RIGs themselves will be issued by direction and are not being issued through this statutory consultation.
