The Supplier Performance Report (SPR) shows how energy suppliers have performed against their obligations under the low-carbon energy and social schemes we administer on behalf of government.
We work closely with suppliers to support effective delivery of these schemes, engaging regularly to identify issues, improve processes and drive better outcomes. Where suppliers fall short of their obligations, we work with them to resolve issues quickly and strengthen performance. However, where there are repeated failings or more serious incidents, we will take stronger action to hold suppliers to account.
The SPR provides transparency on instances of non-compliance, recognising that such issues can increase scheme costs, which may ultimately be passed on to consumers through energy bills. By highlighting performance and areas for improvement, the report supports accountability, continuous improvement and helps ensure schemes deliver value for money and their intended benefits to consumers.
This report covers incidents of non-compliance that occurred over the 6-month period between 1 July and 31 December 2025.
