In July 2019, we provided an overview of our Forward Work Plan in our Five Year Review of the Capacity Market Rules ("Rules"). This report outlined our plan for improving the Rules change process.
This letter provides an update to our work plan in this area, and clarifies arrangements for considering Rules changes ahead of the 2020 prequalification submissions window.
