This document comprises Ofgem’s response to the ECO3 Improving consumer protection consultation. The consultation was published by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) on 9 July 2019 and details proposed changes to the current Energy Company Obligation scheme, which will run until March 2022 (ECO3).
