This document publishes the findings of our Non-domestic market review, based on the evidence collected through the our Call for Input published in February 2023, information from suppliers and wider stakeholder input.
We have identified and prioritised several key areas of consumer harm. We are taking some actions now and have also developed a package of proposed policy measures to address these harms. In this document, we are consulting on this package of policy measures in advance of a formal statutory consultation of changes this Autumn.
We invite stakeholders to respond to our consultation, to help us refine our proposals, to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
