National Grid - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 7

This submission proposes to amend the definition of “Clearing Capacity” so that it reads "means a target capacity (in MW) for a Capacity Auction at a particular Clearing Price as determined by the demand curve”, so as to align with the use of the term in the rest of the document.
