As part of the Settlement Reform SCR a Target Operating Model (TOM) for market wide half hourly settlement is being developed. The first phase of the TOM design was undertaken by the ELEXON-chaired Design Working Group, and a video explaining their recommendations can be found on the Market Wide Half-hourly Settlement hub page on the ELEXON website. There are currently two ELEXON-chaired industry working groups working on the detailed design of the Target Operating Model: the Code Change and Development Group (CCDG) who are working on the detailed design areas and changes to the impacted industry codes and the Architecture Working Group (AWG) who are working on the IT architecture design of the TOM. 

The following table sets out the detailed design areas of the Target Operating Model for Market Wide Half-Hourly Settlement being worked on by the CCDG and AWG. This page is updated on a monthly basis, alongside the publication of our monthly MHHS newsletter which can be found in the 'newsletter' section of the Settlement Reform webpage.
