This proposal seeks to modify the Grid Code to remove a barrier to entry to the Balancing Mechanism for small generators (less than 10MW per site) or small aggregators (less than 50MW per Control Point) by reducing their manned telephony requirements.
The Authority approved this modification on 18 August 2021.
