Grid Code GC0063: Power Available

GC0063 sought to modify the Grid Code to require intermittent generators connecting from 1 April 2016 to provide a power available signal to the System Operator. This will assist market participation by renewable generation and will lead to improved system security.

The Authority approved this modification on 8 January 2015.
