This document describes our process for determining disputes between National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (NGET) and participants in the Capacity Market and Contracts for Difference mechanisms.
We have a statutory role in determining certain disputes where participants disagree with a decision made by NGET. The guidance document provides an overview of the dispute resolution process and the procedures we will follow in making our decision.
