NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 2 October 2019 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Doggerbank Offshore Wind Farm Project 2 Projco Ltd (company number 07914510) whose registered office is situated at 1 Forbury Place, 43 Forbury Road, Reading, RG1 3JH, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
