The Authority has directed the Balancing and Settlement Code Company Limited to manage certain packages of work specified in the Authority’s contract with the MHHS Independent Assurance Provider.
Pursuant to paragraph 12.10.2 of section C of the Balancing and Settlement Code, the Authority has directed the Balancing and Settlement Code Company Limited to manage certain packages of work specified in the Authority’s contract with the MHHS Independent Assurance Provider. The Direction took effect on 14 March 2022.
