In this publication, we present our provisional decision on Scottish Hydro Electricity Transmission’s (SHET’s) application to enable three projects under the Medium Sized Investment Projects (MSIP) re-opener mechanism. The document also summarises the responses received from stakeholders on our minded-to-position on the MSIP projects outlined in the Consultation Documents for each of the three MSIP projects.

This decision was notified to network licensees on 9 September 2022. Due to the period of mourning after the Queen's death, we are only publishing this decision now.
