These documents set out the detail of the Authority’s decision to modify condition 19A of the electricity and gas supply licences and 16B of the electricity generation licence. We are making these modifications to provide greater transparency of energy company profitability and expect the modifications to take effect for the 2014 Consolidated Segmental Statements (CSS).
