Following consultation in July 2014, the Authority has introduced a requirement for National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (NGET) to produce a new statement of network development information known as the electricity ten year statement (ETYS). This is set out a modified standard condition C11 of the transmission licence granted to NGET. Consequential amendments have also been made to Special Condition 2F of the licence. The Authority received two responses to the consultation and these are available on the Ofgem website. Both were broadly supportive of our proposals.
