This document sets out our decision on:
1. the proposals we consulted on in May 2023, relating to the methodology the Future System Operator should adopt for future supply and demand modelling. This concerns the first stage of development of a Centralised Strategic Network Plan (CSNP); and
2. the proposals we consulted on in July 2023, relating to our proposed framework for the FSO to identify and assess a range of options to address electricity transmission network needs as part of the CSNP.
