Decision to approve the arrangements for the implementation of the European Network Codes at Moffat

GNI(UK) and Premier Transmission Limited (PTL) submitted to the Authority a number of documents setting out how the European Network Codes will be implemented at the Moffat Interconnection Point (IP). The Authority has approved these documents.
We have also approved a request from National Grid Gas plc to continue to use existing reference conditions at the Moffat IP.
Finally we are publishing a Direction under Standard Licence Condition 11A(2) of the gas interconnector licence that PTL must prepare and submit access rules for approval by the Authority by 8 January 2016.
