NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 1 November 2019 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Creyke Beck Power Limited (company number 10342799) whose registered office is situated at 1st Floor, 145 Kensington Church Street, London, W8 7LP, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
