This consultation outlines our current minded-to position on areas initially consulted on in the First Policy Consultation of April 2019, along with new policy areas we have brought forward as a result of feedback received through the Five Year Review. The consultation also provides an update on our Forward Work Plan, first published in the Five Year Review report of July 2019.
