CMP235 and CMP236 sought to amend the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) to provide a new definition of Relevant Interruption and clarify who is affected by a Relevant Interruption in order to claim compensation.
The Authority approved the alternative to the amalgamated CMP235/236 proposal (WACM3).
