CUSC Modification Proposal 395 was raised by Saltend Cogeneration Company Ltd on 11 August 2022. This change seeks to cap BSUoS per settlement period to £10/MWh from 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023 and recoup the money in the charging year 2023/34 to protect GB energy customers this winter. The Proposer requested that CMP395 be treated as an Urgent CUSC Modification Proposal. We have granted this request.
