We are deciding on a change to the BSUoS regime. CMP361 proposes to change the way in which BSUoS charges are collected from liable parties. Currently, BSUoS charges change every half-hour. CMP361 proposes to fix BSUoS charges at a certain level. That level would be set and published in advance, and would be in place for a fixed period of time, until the subsequent price level would come into effect. These changes would come into effect in April 2023. CMP362 proposes to support changes to the definitions within the CUSC, contingent on CMP361.
