NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 5 May 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Caledonia Offshore Wind Farm Limited (company number 13844888) whose registered office is situated at Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, Octagon Point, 5 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6AA, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
