NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 26 February 2020 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Bristol Community Energy Limited (registration number 31313R) whose registered office is situated at Happy City, Canningford House, 38 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6BY, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
