Following the successful collaborative approach taken in 2016, Citizens Advice, Ofgem and Ombudsman Services have shared a joint ambition to work in a streamlined and collaborative fashion, making the best use of our data, skills and powers to better protect the interests of energy consumers. In 2017 a tripartite engagement format was set up, where the three organisations work together to identify key themes and issues to be tackled jointly, provide better information to consumers, and achieve a stronger impact through coordinated supplier engagement.
