This document sets out our final proposals on new requirements for applications for a supply licence. We will also provide an update on the next stages of the Supplier Licensing Review project, looking at the ongoing requirements on suppliers operating in the market, and exit processes and protections.
This document is published alongside a consultation on implementing the new rules, via new Statutory Instruments, application forms and guidance. That consultation is applicable to all licence types, not only supply licences.
