Change Request 034 proposed to refine the definition of vulnerability used by Members to ensure all vulnerable customers are protected during smart meter installations. The proposal focuses on replacing the current definition set out in the Smart Meter Installation Code of Practice ("SMICoP") with text drawing on our Consumer Vulnerability Strategy, and the Priority Services Register definition we consulted on last year.
The Authority decided to approve this change request on 29th April 2016.
