As part of the RIIO-ED1 Price Control, we are amending the special conditions (Charge Restriction Conditions) of the electricity distribution licences held by the slow-track licensees. These modifications implement the Final Determinations for the slow-track companies, published in November 2014.

The Charge Restriction Conditions will come into force on 1 April 2015.
