Qualitative research conducted by Opinion Leader on behalf of Ofgem as part of the Retail Market Review for the non-domestic market. The research was published alongside 'The Retail Market Review - Final non-domestic proposals' consultation in March 2013.  The research was concerned with investigating:

i) the amount and kinds of information businesses receive, and whether businesses consider this to be sufficient.

ii) whether businesses have switched their supplier in the past and their reason for doing so.

iii) what measures businesses are taking to monitor their energy usage, and how active a role they take in the energy market, and in their relationship with their supplier.

iv) the importance of customer service.

v) businesses' views on their contracts and tariffs.
